This championship course was created by Jack Nicklaus and PGA Tour player Glen Day. Nestled along
the banks of the Yadkin River, Salem Glen already is considered one of the area's best.

Rated one of the top 10 new courses in North Carolina in 1997, Salem Glen has established itself as one of
the premier golf courses in central North Carolina. Home of the Women's ACC Championship and the Tear
Drop Tour, Salem Glen is a place you would be proud to call your home. Set along the banks of the
Yadkin River, the course covers almost 160 acres.

The 18-hole layout offers players of all skill levels two distinct nines. The front nine offers two challenging
par 5 holes and two holes that border the Yadkin River. The mountainous back nine present different
challenges to the player. The narrow fairways and tiered greens that make up the inward nine complete
a course that is challenging to the competitor and friendly to the weekend golfer
