Village Inn Event Center Winston-Salem, Clemmons Area offers 15,556 square feet of meeting and function space that includes 10 meeting rooms all on the first floor, where flexible configurations provide for events requiring 500 – 1,890 square feet. In addition, the Crystal Ballroom and Grand Ballroom are designed to accommodate the most important business, cultural and medical events held in the city.

The 3,354 square-foot elegant Crystal Ballroom can host gatherings up to 200 banquet style and features two large Crystal Chandeliers illuminating the upper balcony and lower level hardwood dance floor. This ballroom lends to a more intimate setting making it perfect for weddings, parties, family social events, and corporate meetings.

The 1,725 square foot Ivy Room features rich walnut paneled walls and can host gatherings up to 100 reception style. It can open to the Crystal Ballroom for additional flexible space.

The 8,190 square-foot Grand Ballroom can host gatherings up to 1,000 people and can be divided into five smaller rooms to accommodate smaller events. The hotel’s conference and banquet facilities are one of the most technologically advanced in Winston-Salem, equipped with capabilities for high-speed Internet access, ISDN lines, and independent climate controls.

The 1,890 square-foot Lexington Room can host gatherings up to 90 in banquet rounds and is often combined with the neighboring Monroe Room to host a combined 180 in banquet rounds.

The 1,890 square-foot Monroe Room  can host gathering up to 90 in banquets and is often combined with the neighboring Lexington Room to host a combined 180 in banquet rounds.

The 1,890 square-foot Winston Room can host gatherings up to 90 in banquets.

The 522 square-foot Salem Room can host gatherings up to 30 in banquets and provides for a more intimate setting for break-out sessions.

The 1,665 square-foot North Room can host gatherings up to 70 in banquets.

The 500 square-foot West Boardroom can be arranged as a small classroom style meeting room or a Board Room hosting up to 25 guests. It is conveniently located across from the Grand Ballroom.

The 500 square-foot Executive Boardroom is conveniently located across from the Grand Ballroom and can each host Executive Board meetings up to 25 people.

Our dedicated banquet kitchen is staffed by a World Class, Internationally trained culinary team that can custom design a menu to suit the most selective taste.
